Jade Butler E-RYT

​ My Name is Jade Butler & I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.  (Yoga Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to yoga outreach & education in the United States and sets the recommended standards for yoga teacher training programs.) I was personally introduced to yoga 14 years ago after a back injury & it was at this time I had truly discovered my passion.  I was amazed how this practice positively impacted my life.  Not only did it help me heal from my back injury, yoga changed the way I perceived myself & the world around me. I was excited about yoga & I eager to share it with everyone.  I attended a 200- hour yoga teacher training program and began to spread the beautiful gift of yoga in my hometown of Fallbrook, Ca.  I have since been enjoying teaching yoga in North County at many health spas, fitness organizations, & yoga studios. I love sharing yoga in an artful, compassionate, & safe way.  It’s my intention to make the lifelong benefits of yoga accessible to everybody!

Mission Statement

To share the purity, simplicity, and lifelong benefits of yoga through regular and systematic practice, creating space for personal value and individualized expression. To encourage my students towards a lifestyle that nourishes their well-being physically, mentally, & spiritually.


(Nama means bow, as means I, and te means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you.”)
